Nature’s gifts can make you look young and beautiful

This is why you should prefer them to refined commercial foods. Eat raw carrots every day. You can also easily grow yourself some fresh wheat germ – a true warehouse for vitamins. Simply wash ½ cup of wheat, put on a shallow pan, cover with gauze or a light cloth and sprinkle thoroughly with water. Keep the pan in a warm and light place. Occasionally check for overheating and wash the cloth. In a few days little germs will appear, about 2-3 mm in length. Wash again and use them in food preparation. Wheat germ has no flavor of its own, so it is best to add it to a salad or another bnraw recipe.
Below is a recipe for what we call “Beauty salad”. Cover 3 tablespoons of oatmeal (or oats) with 3 tablespoons of cold milk or water and let soak for a few hours (better yet – overnight). Add sour cream and any kind of fresh or dry fruit. After one or two weeks of eating this salad daily, your face will clear out and your tan will improve. This combination also creates a feeling of fullness and helps with weight loss.
