Finely mince 12 almonds in a blender. Add ¼ cup of honey and one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything to form a smooth paste. Apply to face and leave for 5 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
This homemade egg white and oat bran mask moisturizes the skin and tightens the pores. To make it, simply beat one egg white into foam and add enough oat bran to form a thick but pliable paste. Spread mixture on face and leave until dry. Rinse with cool water and follow up with cold water to close the pores.
4 teaspoons of flax seeds
1 cup of hot milk or cream
2 bags of chamomile tea (or 1 tablespoon of dry chamomile)
Wrap the flax seeds in a piece of gauze and dip them in the hot milk or cream for 20 minutes. Take them out and let cool for a while. Place over the eyelids for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with a cold infusion of chamomile or green tea paying special attention to the eye area.
Shaping and softening facial mask
1 tablespoon of honey
½ tablespoon of jojoba oil
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of white clay

Cottage cheese mask
Combine 2 tablespoons of fresh cottage cheese, 1 raw egg yolk and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. Mix until it forms a thin mass with no lumps. Apply mask to face and neck area and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with cool water. This cottage cheese mask has a nourishing effect and helps cleanse the skin from dead cells. It is rich in calcium and selenium, which help keep the skin youthful. To make the mask, mix together 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of ground almonds. Apply to face for 20 minutes, the last couple of which massage it with gentle circular motions. Rinse away with cool water and follow up with a moisturizing lotion. Use twice weekly for best results.
This mask is wonderful for dehydrated, tired-looking skin, which has lost its luster.
Boil some water and let it cool. Add one tablespoon of baking soda. Dip a piece of gauze in the solution and apply it to your face. On top of it place a layer of crushed strawberries. Keep the mask on for about 15 minutes and rinse. Do this daily for a week and afterwards reduce to twice weekly. Keep applying the mask until you achieve the desired improvement.
