Curd is a wonderful way for beautification. It is rich in vitamins A, B, D, C, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, enzymes, hormones, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphor.
Mask for oily, porous skin
2 tablespoons soft curds are mixed with a tablespoon fresh cranberry juice and 1 teaspoon honey. Apply on face for 15-20 minutes, wash with warm green tea. After 5 minutes, rub the face with an ice cube or rinse with cooled decoction of parsley.
Peel a kiwi fruit, mash it and mix with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Apply on face for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water and then wash your face with cool water.
Mask for pale skin
Mix 2 tablespoons cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon black tea and 2 tablespoons of carrot juice. Apply on face for 20 minutes. Wash with warm black tea. After five minutes you’re your face with cool water.
