Fighting wrinkles through exercise

Canadian dermatologists suggest that regular facial exercises can smooth wrinkles. In less than a month the elasticity of the skin will improve, the blood circulation of the skin will be stronger than before and wrinkles will have started to retreat.
One of the exercises requires that you find a small feather, preferably of the variety used as pillow fillings. Throw it in the air and star blowing it around. Strive to keep it in the air as long as possible. By expanding your cheeks, you are working on the wrinkles around the mouth, which make the face look old.
Before going to bed and after waking up, take a sip of water, but don’t swallow it. Roll it around your mouth, trying to expand the muscles in your cheeks as much as you can. Repeat the exercise, this time with no water. Take a deep breath of air and move it around your mouth as you did with the water.
Lift your chin and support it with the palm of your right hand. Relax your chin while still supporting it with your hand. Do not press any harder than the natural resistance forming between your hand and chin.
Put the index finger of each hand at the corners of your mouth and begin to rhythmically stretch and release them. Do this very carefully and gently, because if the muscles are stretched too far, this exercise will have the opposite effect.
Tilt your head left and right, resisting with the corresponding hand for at least 3 or 4 minutes for each side. Gently slap the muscles under the chin with the back of your hand.
Use the index and middle fingers of your right hand to stretch the wrinkles at the outer corner of your left eye. Massage the stretched area with the index and middle finger of your right hand. Do the same for the wrinkles at the outer corner of your right eye. Make sure to treat the skin with lotion or olive oil before engaging in this exercise.
Another good exercise for wrinkles is to lie on your back and lift your chest while pressing your head to the pillow as hard as you can.
