4 teaspoons of flax seeds
1 cup of hot milk or cream
2 bags of chamomile tea (or 1 tablespoon of dry chamomile)
Wrap the flax seeds in a piece of gauze and dip them in the hot milk or cream for 20 minutes. Take them out and let cool for a while. Place over the eyelids for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with a cold infusion of chamomile or green tea paying special attention to the eye area.
