This cottage cheese mask has a nourishing effect and helps cleanse the skin from dead cells. It is rich in calcium and selenium, which help keep the skin youthful. To make the mask, mix together 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of ground almonds. Apply to face for 20 minutes, the last couple of which massage it with gentle circular motions. Rinse away with cool water and follow up with a moisturizing lotion. Use twice weekly for best results.
