Oats – the best choice against wrinkles

At the appearance of a new wrinkle, women always feel anxiety and disappointment. Little do they know that oats are nature’s gift for prevention of wrinkles. Bellow you will find recipes for a couple of oat masks you can make at home.
The refreshing oat mask is easy to make. Soak 1 tablespoon of oatmeal in ½ cup of hot liquid, which can be either milk, or part milk, part water. Add a few drops of vitamin A, olive oil and almond oil and apply to face.
Mix some finely grated oats with lemon juice, tomato juice, and finely shredded cucumber to form a homogenous mixture. Apply to face and let dry. Rinse with warm water.
Menu matters too. If you wish to have a faithful ally against wrinkles, eat oatmeal or wheat germ for breakfast. Eat fresh fruits 4 times a day. Drink pineapple juice. Cook with olive oil. Eat more fish and nuts.
