1 tablespoon of white clay
2 tablespoons of potato starch
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 tablespoon of olive or almond oil
2-3 drops of vitamin A solution
Mix all ingredients together to form a thick homogenous substance. Apply to clean face and neck area and keep until dry. Wash away with warm water.
This mask should be performed 2 or 3 times per week for about a month.

½ tablespoon of finely ground almonds
½ tablespoon of oat bran
½ tablespoon of dry milk powder
Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Put a little bit of the mixture on the palm of your hand and rub your face with it. This scrub can be used with every skin type.
Puree one large strawberry. Dilute with one teaspoon of mineral water. Apply substance to lips for 30 minutes, after which rinse with warm mineral water. To complete the procedure, gently massage the lips with a toothbrush dipped in cold water.
