Say good bye to wrinkles

Any woman would be horrified to see a wrinkle on her face. That is why women everywhere spare no effort or expense fighting against them.
French dermatologists have observed that the position you sleep in influences the formation of new wrinkles which remain visible even after you have awoken.
If you go to sleep laying sideways, you are bound to have wrinkles on the chin and cheeks. If you prefer laying on your belly, you will acquire wrinkles around the eyebrows. This is why experts recommend sleeping on your back to avoid accumulating wrinkles.
If you wish to remain wrinkle-free add more fish to your diet, especially salmon. Fish is a good source of protein, one of the building blocks of beautiful skin, and of essential fatty acids, such as Omega-3. Essential fatty acids keep the skin fresh and young, thus aiding in the fight against wrinkles.
The constant habitual mimics, such as squinting, wear the facial muscles and form tiny grooves under the surface of the skin, which later develop into wrinkles. So if you cannot see well, it is better that you wear glasses. Protect your eyes from harmful rays and from squinting in the sun by wearing suitable sunglasses.
Give up coffee in favor of cocoa. Cocoa contains a high level of two important nutritious flavonols – catechin and epicatechin. They improve circulation towards the skin cells, protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun and give it a soft but firm look.
Do not wash your face too often, because tap water washes away the natural moisture of the skin which protects it from wrinkle formation. Use facial cleanser or other specialized facial products instead of soap.
Don’t just take vitamin C internally. Use it outwardly as well in facials, masks or lotions. This will stimulate the production of collagen, correct the pigmentation of the skin and heal any inflammation.
Eat soy products. Soy protects the skin from the sun and improves its structure and elasticity.

    What kind of vitamin C are you referring to? Is it the natural one from oranges or processed?also,I would like to know the ideal body lotion for a dark person who has uneven skin colour. Please help. Thank you.
