Skin in winter

Autumn is almost ended and the skin must be prepared for cold winter days.

And as we know the bad weather is one of the worst enemies of healthy skin.
Every woman should know that skin care is divided into four main steps – protecting, cleaning, toning and hydration. So if we want to be prepared well for future cold days, we must insist on the word “protection”.
Consider the fact that the greasiness of the cream directly depends on the temperature outside.

But we must also be careful – the cream in a warm room is heated, which can cause blockage of pores.
Masks that you use should be protecting and with vitamins. It’s not necessarily to be very expensive. You can prepare really effective mask of what you have in the fridge. For example, very good facial mask you can make from oatmeal – pour 1 tablespoon oatmeal with 3 tablespoons warm milk. Apply the mixture on the face and neck. Wash it after 20 minutes with warm water.
Avoid using nourishing masks and cream too frequently. May be just once a week. Remember that in choosing the cream is first necessary to be guided by your skin type, rather than how much it costs.

In the winter the skin is forced by the low temperatures and can not breathe well. The bad weather causes dryness and scaly and that’s why you need a hand moisturizing lotions. In the evening apply moisturizing creams and lotions.
In cold weather avoid using scrubs and hydrotherapy, because the hot water extract moisture from the skin and scrubs traumatize the skin layer (you should use them just once a week).
But for skin is not enough all sorts of vitamin creams and lotions. It is necessary to feed it with vitamins inside. You should eat more fruits and vegetables and you need to think about various vitamin and mineral complexes.
Remember that the skin needs to breathe naturally. Don’t spend your day only at home and office. Every day go for a walk in the park and relax.
