Homemade spring mask with cottage cheese

This cottage cheese mask has a nourishing effect and helps cleanse the skin from dead cells. It is rich in calcium and selenium, which help keep the skin youthful. To make the mask, mix together 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of ground almonds. Apply to face for 20 minutes, the last couple of which massage it with gentle circular motions. Rinse away with cool water and follow up with a moisturizing lotion. Use twice weekly for best results.

Homemade raspberry lip mask

The mask bellow protects the lips from inflammations and aids the removal of dead cells.
Mash 3 or 4 raspberries with honey. Add a few drops of liquid sour cream to avoid irritation. Apply mixture to lips and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and follow up with vegetable oil.

Peeling facial mask with millet

The millet peeling mask removes dead cells, makes skin radiant and improves its color. To achieve this, mix 3 tablespoons of almond bran with a little water for a thin puree. Add 1-2 teaspoons of millet. Apply mask to face with circular motions for about a minute. Rinse with cool water.
